You are welcome to the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering (EIE) at Covenant University. EIE is a vibrant department that is poised to making important contributions to key issue facing society in diverse areas. This include energy power system reliability, computing, networked communications, information security, and Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled infrastructure.

The vision of the Department is derived from Covenant University’s vision

The vision of the Department is derived from Covenant University’s vision, which is succinctly captioned “Raising a New Generation of Leaders”. Therefore, the Department is raising a new generation of leaders in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Program.SPECUSC: Our Monthly Technical Lecture Series held on Saturday 15th October, 2017. Lectures were given by experienced Industry based personnel from SCHLUMBERGER NIGERIA and OANDO PLC.Mechanical Engineering students (300L) at MANTRAC office complex on industrial excursion. MANTRAC is a leading world-class establishment dealing with heavy equipment, earth moving vehicles and power plant. The department is currently finalizing mou with MANTRAC-CAT.
